Cancellation Policy

Workshop or Group Event: Pre-payment via QRCode is required. No Event or Group Ticket Sales are refundable. ALL SALES FINAL! Single Session: Payment is due at the time of booking. 48 hour notice to RESCHEULE your appointment to a time Mary Elizabeth approves. In case of cancelation after the Cancelation Policy timeframe (detailed in service description), your payment will be applied to future appointment or event. No refunds will be given. Coaching Plans: One TIme Payment; first session booked upon purchase, remaining five will be scheduled at end of first session. 30 day Cancelation Policy (minus fees or cost of sessions attended) from date of purchase, after that no refunds will be given. Reschedule: 48hrs notice to reschedule to an approved time through Divine Connection Teasm Member. If need to reschedule arises payment will be applied to future service or event. All sessions must be held within 3 month plan window.
